Pork Log date 20102811
At my one and only sister in law's house..as the house fills with the smell of the boneless pork loins roasts in the oven. Garlic roast potatoes to accent the pork. Anticipation of the moist loin of pork that is lighlty seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic and mustard.
More to come on the Pork Log!!

This summer I have done pork ribs to the EXTREME!!! A dry rub of sea salt, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, fenugreek, ground rosemary, tumeric & sumac. rubt eh ribs and let stand rubbed in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours...overnight is better. Then grill over low heat till tender. about 1 to 1 1/2 hours on the grill. DO NOT BOIL THEM!!!!!!!
After they chilleda bit..I cut them up....placed back on grill and latered with guineess BBQ sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking of them!
